Investment specialist accelerator CNT Tech has been selected as the best hosting organization in 2023 in the early startup package hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Institute for Startups and Entrepreneurship Development.
The Early Startup Package is a startup support project that selects universities and public/private organizations with excellent startup infrastructure as the main organizations to support early startups within 3 years of establishment. Startups selected for this project can receive customized support such as product verification, investment attraction, and sales channel development along with up to 100 million won in commercialization funds.
Since 2020, CNT Tech has been supporting the stabilization and growth of early-stage startups by participating as the host organization of the Early Startup Package for five consecutive years. As a private host organization, it actively utilizes its infrastructure through investment resources for selected startups and connections with large corporations, and has fostered a total of 124 startups over five years. In addition, it recorded direct investment of KRW 3.45 billion, cumulative investment of approximately KRW 17 billion, sales of KRW 140 billion, KRW 14.3 billion in startup support business connections, and 602 new jobs. In 2024, it contributed to overcoming the investment environment by attracting direct and indirect investment of KRW 3.3 billion to 12 fostering companies and supporting 8 TIPS connections. Based on these achievements, CNT Tech was selected as the best host organization of the Early Startup Package twice in 2021 and 2023.
