Future Play is an accelerator that invests in technology-based startups, and was founded by CEO Ryu Joong-hee, who has a background as an engineer. Recently, Future Play established the 'Value-Up Team' to strengthen this support. We met with Team Leader Park Seon-ha, Manager Chae Yu-seon, and Manager Jeon Kyeong-jin, who are in charge of talent acquisition, PR and communication, and IP strategy support, respectively, in the Value-Up Team, and talked about the Value-Up Team.

To this end, it consults with the startup team to refine job descriptions (JDs) and establishes suitable candidate personas to support customized recruitment. In addition, it conducts direct candidate meetings to help the best talent join the startup.

In addition, the team focuses on expanding media contact points by supporting networking with media outlets.
