HR tech leader Human Consulting Group (CEO Jaehyun Park, hereinafter HCG) announced on the 18th that it has obtained R&D venture company certification through its SaaS-based HR platform 'talenx'.
The R&D venture company certification is given to companies with technology development capabilities and growth potential. In the case of a software supplier with annual sales of 10 billion won or more, the R&D expenses must account for at least 8% of sales to meet the certification requirements.
HCG already obtained R&D venture company certification in 2017 based on its customized e-HR solution 'Hunel' and small business HR package 'JaDE'. By obtaining 'TalenX' certification, HCG has once again proven to the market that it is an industry leader that focuses on technological innovation and R&D investment to conquer the HR SaaS market.
