Clinkers Signs Business Agreement with Law Firm Geumseong

Clinkers Co., Ltd. and Geumseong Law Firm Ltd. announced on the 17th that they signed a business agreement (MOU) to cooperate with each other to develop services and strengthen support for foreigners residing in Korea.

Through this agreement, the two companies will develop various support services for foreigners residing in Korea and establish cooperation measures to improve them. The areas of cooperation include: △Development of services for foreigners residing in Korea △Support for sending and receiving foreign workers and international students △Visa and employment-related legal and administrative support △Sharing of market information and networks △Cooperation on linking and operating digital platforms △Enhancement of support services △Cooperation in public relations and marketing, etc.

In particular, Clinkers will utilize its comprehensive platform for global foreign workers, 'glow', to provide visa, employment, and living support information for foreigners, and Geumseong Law Firm will be in charge of legal consultation and administrative support within this platform. Through this, the two companies are expected to contribute to smoothly supporting legal and administrative procedures for foreigners residing in Korea and increasing the stability of their stay and employment.

In addition, the two companies plan to jointly promote the review of immigration-related laws and administrative support for foreign workers and students coming to Korea from major countries such as the Philippines and Vietnam, and actively cooperate in research and service development to improve the quality of legal and employment support services for foreigners.
