
Jeju Creative Economy Innovation Center (Director Lee Byeong-seon, hereinafter referred to as Jeju Center) is holding an information session on the '2025 Local Creator Development Project'.
This briefing session was prepared to share the Lycon policy process with small business owners with various items in the Jeju region and to explain in detail the support procedures for the 2025 Local Creator Development Project.
To enable more small business owners to participate in this project, Jeju Center plans to hold information sessions in Jeju City on the 20th, Sehwa-ri on the 17th, online on the 18th, and Seogwipo-si on the 24th.
Jeju Center supports 31 local creator teams this year. It plans to support 28 individual teams and 3 collaborative teams, and through document and presentation evaluation, individual small business owners can receive up to 40 million won in business support funds and collaborative teams can receive up to 70 million won.
A Jeju Center official said, “The local creator training project will be a sustainable growth and new economic vitality for Jeju,” and added, “We hope that through this business briefing session, many small business owners in the Jeju area will participate in the project and grow into local companies representing Jeju and our country.”

The Local Creator Development Project is a small business support project hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Small Business Market Promotion Agency that revitalizes the local economy and supports sustainable growth by commercializing local creative ideas.
Meanwhile, Jeju Center has been active as the main organization for fostering local creators in Jeju for 6 consecutive years. It has supported 127 local creator companies so far and produced the best local creators in the country for 2 consecutive years in 2023 and 2024.
