Sandy Week, now in its second year, is co-hosted by the Korea Facility Management Association, the Korea Building Maintenance Association, and the Korea Building Association, with S&I as the main sponsor. Last year, over 50,000 people, including industry experts, visited the event, providing a glimpse into the innovative technology trends and various solutions in the space management industry.

This event will feature cutting-edge proptech solutions from S&I and SANDI Alliance partners. S&I has launched the technology partnership brand ‘SANDI Alliance’ and has been leading the digital innovation of the space management industry based on close technical collaboration with proptech companies.

The event venue was planned with a total of five experience zones divided by the space life cycle: ▲Create Space (Space Set-up), ▲Enhance Quality (Space Quality), ▲Reduce Costs (Space ESG), ▲Enhance Experience (Space Experience), and ▲Enhance Value (Space Value). The experience zones provided an intensive experience of S&I’s space innovation solutions, such as the building management system ‘Edge (atG)’, the office life care app ‘SANDI App’, and the real estate asset management system (PMS) ‘SANDI Property’.

A total of 25 alliance partners, including SESCO, Cinera, Logitech, AWS, and Microsoft, will also showcase their industry-leading, excellent technological competitiveness in smart offices, AI CCTV, and IoT air quality monitoring.

The specially planned 'Meet up zone' is a customized business consultation space where active discussions on technology partnerships are expected. A 'Media zone' has also been prepared, where industry-leading experts such as Aha Building CEO Lee Dae-hee, Zenstar Mate Center Director Kim Gyu-jin, Korea Housing Information CEO Lee Yoon-gon, and CBRE Director Kim Hyeong-ju will continue to give lectures on future strategies and insights for the building management industry.

On-site visitors will be able to experience more advanced space management, from smart facility management to maximizing the value of digital-based building assets. SNI will analyze the main pain points and needs arising from space management according to the purpose of visitors such as building owners, space managers, and space users, and provide a route where they can experience customized proptech technology.

SNI CEO Hyungwon Jun said, “SNI has presented a new paradigm to the industry by combining 50 years of building management know-how and capabilities with new digital technologies. This Sandy Week is a place for SNI to present the future roadmap for space management with partners with whom it has continued open innovation collaboration.” He added, “We will continue to discover proptech companies with outstanding digital capabilities and work together to innovate the comprehensive real estate management ecosystem.”

Meanwhile, SNI is a PropTech-based comprehensive real estate management company with experience in managing over 500 buildings and 21,000 stores, including major buildings of LG Group affiliates. Through the partnership brand 'SANDI Alliance' launched in 2023, it is leading the way in open innovation that drives industry innovation and building a PFM (asset and facility integrated management) ecosystem. In addition, through collaboration with SANDI Alliance, it has developed and possesses about 100 space management solutions, including electric vehicle fire response solutions, Sandy Mall, and AI CCTV.
