LNF Signs Business Agreement with Daegu Dalseong-gun Health Center

L&F announced that it signed a business agreement with Dalseong-gun Health Center in Daegu to promote the health of its employees. The agreement ceremony was held on the 13th at 2:00 PM in the 3rd floor training room of Dalseong-gun Health Center, and officials from both sides attended to discuss cooperation plans. The agreement ceremony was attended by Dalseong-gun Health Center Director Kwon Seon-yeong, L&F Environment and Safety Division Director Shin Kyeong-sik, and other officials.

Under this agreement, L&F will operate the 'Health Improvement! Health All-rounder' program for approximately 1,000 employees of the Guji plant until the end of 2025. This program was designed to reflect health characteristics by age, such as irregular eating habits of the youth and lack of physical activity of the middle-aged, and its main contents include: △operation of an in-house walking club and creation of eco-friendly walking trails, △operation of customized health promotion education and campaigns by field, △health checkups through mobile health buses, △visiting smoking cessation clinics, and △employee mental health counseling services.

In particular, through the mobile health bus, comprehensive health measurements are provided, including blood pressure, blood sugar, four types of cholesterol, anemia tests, body composition tests, walking tests, stress tests, and vascular aging tests, and personalized health, nutrition, and exercise counseling is also provided.

LNF Shin Kyeong-sik, head of the environmental safety division, said, “Our employees are our company’s most valuable asset, and the health of our employees directly determines our company’s competitiveness.” He added, “Through this agreement, we will continue to expand our support for improving the health of our employees by establishing health infrastructure within the Guji plant and fostering a culture of healthy lifestyles.”
