Quantum AI Signs Strategic Partnership with ParkingGo

Quantum AI and Parking Go have formed a strategic partnership to apply generative AI technology to parking solutions and innovate customer service. This agreement aims to build a more efficient customer response system by combining Parking Go’s parking management solution and Quantum AI’s artificial intelligence call center (AICC) technology.

ParkingGo's parking management system focuses on resolving customer inconvenience caused by different fee systems and policies for each parking lot, and is expected to be able to solve the problem of delayed response for customers using parking lots on weekends or late at night. ParkingGo stated that "there are numerous parking lots across the country that apply different fee policies, and it takes time to respond to customer inquiries," and that it will be able to solve this problem and increase customer satisfaction through AI technology.

The newly introduced AI counselor will be provided through parking lot kiosks and will immediately understand each parking lot’s unique fee policy and operating regulations to provide accurate information to customers. This will allow customers to receive fast and accurate service even for complex inquiries such as fee calculations or discount applications.

ParkingGo CEO Daesung Oh said, “AI counselors utilizing Quantum AI’s advanced natural language processing technology will significantly improve user experience,” and “Starting with the AI Agent service for parking lots, we will introduce AI to all areas of parking control to provide customers with a more convenient and smarter parking experience.”
