AI specialist FirstPi announced on the 13th that it will participate in the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s private sector customized attractive job creation project. In this project, FirstPi will work with the Korea IT Business Promotion Association to operate educational courses tailored to corporate needs, and link internships and recruitment.
FirstPip will participate in the 'Generative AI-based Service Developer Training Course' and will be in charge of overall operations, including selecting trainees, designing the curriculum, mentoring employees, and supporting project proposals and design-related datasets. Through this, we plan to contribute to the training of AI talent and build a program where both companies and trainees can achieve tangible results.
In addition, we support internship programs so that trainees can lead to full-time employment through job training and practical experience. A FirstPip official said, “As the development of AI technology accelerates, the demand for related talent is rapidly increasing,” and “Through this program, we will support trainees to gain practical experience and grow, while at the same time providing excellent talent to companies.”
Meanwhile, FirstPip was selected for the R&D project of the Stepping Stone Startup Growth Technology Development Project (Seoul Techno Park), a specialized startup organization, and is currently carrying out a technology development project.
