The Korea Data Industry Promotion Agency (Director Hye-Jeong Yoon) announced that it will be recruiting companies in need of the 2025 Data Voucher Support Project until March 14. This year, the Data Voucher Support Project plans to support a total of 460 cases, with up to 45 million won per case.
This year, the data voucher support project will be expanded to support all stages of data utilization, including data planning and design, purchasing, collection and creation, processing, and analysis, to help resolve difficulties in overall data utilization experienced by small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners.
In addition, we will support the growth of young businesses, expand the use of data across the region, and support small businesses by alleviating private sector burdens and allocating funds to young businesses, regional businesses, and small businesses.
The Data Voucher Support Project, which has been promoted since 2019, is a project that supports data products or processing services required for business innovation and product/service development in the form of vouchers, and is a key support project for corporate innovation and resolving the digital divide in the AI era.
By 2024, a total of 12,347 companies have been supported, and results have been achieved in various aspects, such as increased sales (KRW 443.6 billion), investment attraction (KRW 202.7 billion), and job creation (11,056 people).
Applications for the 2025 Data Voucher Support Project from companies in need can be made through the Data Voucher Project Management System starting from Wednesday, February 19. The Korea Data Industry Promotion Agency will hold regional briefing sessions to recruit companies in need of the Data Voucher, starting with an online business briefing session on Friday, February 21.
