Ansys Korea, recruiting companies to participate in 'Ask & Ask Space'

Ansys Korea announced on the 13th that it is recruiting participating companies for the 2025 Global Corporate Collaboration Programs 'ASK' and 'ASK SPACE' in cooperation with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups (hereinafter referred to as the MSS) and the Korea Institute for Startups and Entrepreneurship Development (hereinafter referred to as the MSS). This program was created to support the growth of domestic startups and provide opportunities to enter overseas markets.

Ansys Korea will participate in the global corporate collaboration program for the sixth consecutive year, and plans to operate two collaboration programs this year to support startups in a wider range of industries.

First, the 'ASK (Ansys/Startup/Korea)' program will support engineering simulation packages for startups in various promising future industries such as autonomous driving, electric vehicles, and hydrogen vehicles, electronic and electrical fields such as semiconductors and communications, and healthcare, energy, robots, high-tech, industrial equipment, and machinery, thereby helping with productivity innovation and entry into the global market. Companies that were founded after February 8, 2015 and have been in business for less than 10 years can apply, and this year, about 30 companies, which is about 5 more than last year, will be selected and supported.

In addition, the 'ASK SPACE' program is a new program to foster domestic space industry startups and create a private-led Korean space industry ecosystem. This program supports startups in core space industry technology fields such as satellite systems, launch vehicles and propulsion systems, space exploration and platform technology, and ground support systems. The selection target is approximately 15 companies among companies in related fields that were founded after February 8, 2015 and have been in business for less than 10 years.

Ansys Korea will provide various services and support to the final selected companies, including the engineering analysis solution 'Ansys Discovery'. In addition, it will provide education and consulting to enhance capabilities and expertise, online promotion, opportunities to participate in global conferences and exhibitions, and support for investor invitation technology simulation demos and Ansys-hosted marketing events.

Detailed information about the program and how to apply can be found on the official website of the 'K-Startup Startup Support Portal' , and applications are accepted until 5:00 PM on February 26.

Meanwhile, Ansys Korea held a business briefing session at the Seoul Startup Hub Scaleup Center in Gangnam, Seoul on the 12th. The briefing session, which lasted approximately 5 hours, was attended by approximately 50 businesspeople from various fields.

Park Ju-il, CEO of ANSYS Korea, said, “We are very pleased to participate in the ASK program for the fifth consecutive year. This year, we are particularly proud to have established the ASK SPACE program for aerospace companies, enabling us to support startups in a wider range of industries.
