Decamp Holds '2025 Super Intern Recruitment Briefing Session' to Solve Startup Talent Shortage

Startup growth partner D-Camp (CEO Park Young-hoon) held the '2025 Super Intern Recruitment Briefing Session' at Front One in Mapo, Seoul on the 12th to resolve the talent shortage in startups. D-Camp is considering startups complaining of a talent shortage and talents having difficulty finding jobs at startups due to lack of information, and is seeking to increase mutual understanding and interest, and improve the matching rate between companies and talents.

This recruitment briefing session was attended by 42 startups looking to hire talent and 200 people who applied for startup internships through pre-recruitment, showing keen interest in talent recruitment and jobs. It started at 1:00 PM and was divided into three parts. Following the introduction of D.Camp's startup internship recruiter business, the 26 startups introduced their companies, their ideal talent, work environment, and employee benefits, and explained the parts that job seekers would be curious about. The data-based talent matching solution '24 Points' participated as an operating partner.

This is the second time that Decamp's Super Intern Recruitment Briefing Session started last year. Last year, more than 1,000 talents from all fields including marketing, management, and development gathered, contributing to the employment of 24 people in 16 domestic companies and 11 people in 8 global companies. In addition, as the briefing session successfully concluded and received positive reviews from the startup industry, the scale and scope will be expanded this year. The briefing session will be held four times a year for 400 positions in 200 domestic and global companies, and approximately 3,400 talents are expected to apply within the year.

Decamp aims to solve the difficulties of recruiting talent, which is essential for startup growth but is a complex process that requires a lot of internal resources and costs.

DeCamp Lim Sae-rom, Resource PO, said, “DeCamp will actively take the lead in resolving the labor shortage, which is the biggest problem in the startup ecosystem, and do its best to create customized jobs where both companies and applicants can coexist,” adding, “This year, we are focusing on recruiting startups in the Pre-A and Series A stages in particular, which will invigorate the hiring market.”

Meanwhile, Decamp is also preparing a 'Global Internship Recruiter' project for startups looking for global talent. It plans to recruit participating startups in March and then recruit talent for about a month starting in April.
