Rebellion Signs Business Agreement with Naver Cloud

Rebellion joins hands with Naver Cloud to demonstrate the power of 'K-AI One Team' in the rapidly growing Middle Eastern AI market.

Rebellion (CEO Park Sung-hyun) and Naver Cloud (CEO Kim Yu-won) signed an MOU for 'AI business cooperation in Saudi Arabia' at the Team Naver booth at LEAP 2025, Saudi Arabia's largest tech conference, on the 10th (local time).

This agreement was made to lead Saudi Arabia’s Sovereign AI business and semiconductor ecosystem innovation based on the capabilities of both companies. As such, it is planned to prove Korea’s technological prowess in Saudi Arabia as a representative AI company of Korea, while also contributing to the activation of cooperation and exchange between Korea and Saudi Arabia for AI innovation.

To this end, the two companies will work together to promote cooperation in the Arabic-based LLM business field and jointly discover potential customers and partners in the Saudi Arabian public and private sectors. They will also actively utilize their AI technology and business know-how in building a local AI value chain ecosystem.

Rebellion CEO Park Sung-hyun said, “Rebellion has already been recognized for its technological prowess by major Saudi companies and government agencies, including Aramco, and Naver Cloud has achieved tangible results in the local digital business sector.” He added, “As Saudi Arabia increases its investment in the AI sector, we expect the two companies to create synergy in business areas ranging from AI infrastructure to models.”

Meanwhile, Rebellion appeared as a panelist at LEAP 2025 as a representative Korean unicorn company, and was selected as one of Aramco's best portfolios, announcing Rebellion's vision for advancing into Saudi Arabia, thereby establishing its presence as 'Saudi Arabia's AI partner.'
