ZDVC announced on the 13th that it has signed a strategic partnership with Team Cookie, a consulting firm specializing in tech startups. This agreement aims to vitalize the domestic and international startup ecosystem, and the two organizations plan to contribute to the development of the startup ecosystem through continuous cooperation.
Founded in 2023, GD Ventures focuses on investing in early-stage startups led by innovative young founders, and strives to build a culture and ecosystem that can grow. The company, co-founded by CEO Ha-kyung Kim, Baek In-seong, Jeong Gyu-sik, and partners Do-won Kim, has formed the 'GD High Potential Fund No. 1', and founders and investors who have experienced investment recovery (exit) in major domestic startups are participating as LPs.
Through this partnership, GD Ventures and Team Cookie plan to pursue all-round collaboration, including ▲joint business cooperation to support the growth of innovative startups, ▲cooperation on research and development across the ecosystem to discover and nurture promising startups, ▲support for overseas startups to enter the Korean market, and ▲exchange of global networks and technical information.
Team Cookie is a tech startup consulting firm founded in 2022, and is working with various tech startups and companies based in Korea, the United States, and Singapore. Major partners include startups and companies in various fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), web3 games, security, legal tech, edutech, and fintech, and are also working with Silicon Valley Union companies and overseas listed companies. Team Cookie acts as a global bridge and helps expand the innovative ecosystem through partnerships with leading domestic and foreign tech startups.
