Pet platform 'Pets Mine (CEO Ji-seon Hwang)' signed an exclusive overseas sales contract with Yuhan Corporation's pet-specific prescription food 'Recipe V' and selected Kim Ji-heon, the president of the Korean Society of Feline Medicine (KSFM), as the dedicated veterinarian.
Through collaboration with Chairman Kim Ji-heon, winner of the 2024 Korea Pet Culture Award, we plan to further strengthen the expertise and reliability of our products.
This agreement is the first step for Patsmine, which is gaining attention for its strategy of applying its successful experience in the entertainment industry to the pet market.
Patsmine, founded by CEO Hwang Ji-seon in 2024, plans to establish itself as a differentiated pet commerce platform through collaboration with Anydoc Co., Ltd., which operates the Korean Veterinary Medical Association's Hansu Pharmaceutical Veterinary Marketplace.
CEO Hwang Ji-seon, who successfully led the advancement of Korean content such as 'Dae Jang Geum' into China, currently operates four channels on Chinese OTT platforms, and among them, he has exclusive marketing and promotion rights and direct consumer transactions through the 'Soon Mandu PD' channel, which records 20 million monthly views.

Yuhan Corporation will present customized prescription pet food that takes into account the health status and age of companion animals through ‘Recipe V’. A Yuhan Corporation representative said, “We expect that the premium pet prescription pet food developed based on 80 years of pharmaceutical know-how will create synergy when combined with Patsmine’s expertise.”
Currently, China is entering the era of 200 million companion animals, and the market growth rate is expected to increase by 70% in 2025. It is accelerating its entry into the global market through government subsidy programs and large-scale forums and exhibitions. Korea has also grown into a market with 15 million companion animal households.
CEO Hwang Ji-seon said, “Patsmine will present a new paradigm for the pet market by combining localization know-how accumulated in the entertainment industry with Korea’s excellent veterinary expertise,” adding, “We will grow into a global platform that is verified by experts and trusted by consumers.”
