Happy Success (Chairman Lee Ui-geun), a non-profit organization sponsored by Hunet , announced that it is recruiting the 17th class of the free CEO course, ‘Happy Management University.’
Applicants must be CEOs of companies that have been in business for more than 3 years and have more than 30 employees. Even if they do not meet the qualification requirements, they can still apply if they are CEOs of startups and venture companies with a strong will to practice happiness management. The application deadline is March 2, and a total of 100 people will be selected through document screening.
This course will begin with the entrance ceremony on March 17th and will be held every Monday for three months. Tuition is completely free. You can participate in the classes online and offline through real-time live broadcasts.
The 17th course will feature lectures by ▲Gowoonsesang Cosmetics CEO Lee Ju-ho (Protectorship), ▲Incoaching CEO Hong Eui-sook (The Best Results Created with Happiness Energy), ▲Coglo.com CEO Lee Geum-ryong (Change and Innovation for Sustainable Growth), ▲Korea Collaboration Promotion Association CEO Yoon Eun-ki (The Era of Super Performance and Super Risk: New Management and New Leadership), and ▲Hunet CEO Cho Young-tak (Happiness Management & Happy Leadership).
'Happy Management University' is a free CEO course for CEOs created by Hunet to spread 'Happy Management'. Since its launch in 2016, CEOs from over 900 companies have completed this course and are introducing the Happy Management system to their affiliated companies. The books 'Small Success' (2022), 'Secrets of Successful Small and Medium Businesses' (2023), and 'Super Strong Small and Medium Businesses' (2024) containing the success stories of alumni companies have been published.
Meanwhile, we are also recruiting experts to provide consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses. Experts in taxation, accounting, human resources, labor, marketing, public relations, and law are welcome to apply.
