AI autonomous driving patrol robot specialist ‘Dogu Space (CEO Jinhyo Kim)’ held an online demo day for local investors in the US on the 8th (February 7th, Seattle time).
At this event, Tool Space demonstrated how to remotely control and manage a patrol robot deployed at the KSC (K-Startup Center) in Seattle, USA from a Korean research institute using software solutions such as the self-developed remote robot control system 'SOS (Security Operation System)' and remote robot control program 'Planner'.
Tool Space's SOS is a system that can control the patrol site through data transmitted by patrol robots. ▲You can simply access it via the web without installing a separate program, so you can control it in real time anytime, anywhere. In addition, ▲two-way communication between the robot and the control system is possible, and ▲you can immediately check dangerous situations or various patrol issues detected by the patrol robot's AI sensor through the alarm and message functions.
Planner is a software that helps field managers without specialized knowledge of programming or ROS (Robot Operating System) to easily control and operate robots. With just a few touches and drag-and-drops, you can easily perform tasks such as ▲manually operating patrol robots ▲managing patrol schedules ▲editing autonomous driving scenarios.
Starting with this online demo day, Tool Space will provide online demos to anyone, anywhere, at any time, to expand opportunities to experience its own developed solutions. Through this, the goal is to promote Tool Space’s technological prowess in the global market and seek overseas partnerships and business opportunities.
“Thanks to the remote solution we developed ourselves, we were able to hold on-site demonstrations for investors on the other side of the world,” said a Tool Space representative. “We hope that through this event, Tool Space will be recognized as a comprehensive patrol robot solution developer that encompasses both hardware and software, rather than just a simple patrol robot manufacturer.”
