The Korea Radio Promotion Association announced on the 11th that it is recruiting participants for simulation training using radio frequency (RF) theory and related software (SW) to enable practical application of radio technology utilized in various industries such as AI, autonomous driving, aerospace, communications, and energy transmission.
In addition to the existing six courses, including RF basics, DC-DC converter noise reduction design and verification, EMC design, and PCB verification, this training course includes three new courses, including electromagnetic analysis and design fundamentals using generative AI, CST Studio Suite basic training, and minimizing platform failure risks through cable EMI/EMC problem calculation.
The Korea Radio Promotion Association plans to operate a total of 13 sessions in 9 courses from March to December, providing more complete education through new courses using generative AI for radio analysis and CST and Ansys EMC Plus.
The class is designed to learn core theories in the morning and practice simulation software in the afternoon, so that you can develop practical skills that can be used immediately in the field. The training is conducted for 6 hours a day (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM) over 2 days and is operated at the Mokdong office of the Korea Radio Promotion Association. Each trainee is provided with 1 PC per person, software necessary for the training, lunch, and snacks. The tuition is 400,000 won, but if you apply at least 1 week before the start of the training, you can take the course at a 20% discount of 320,000 won.
You can check the application method and detailed information on the Korea Radio Promotion Association Education Center website (Atic.ac).
An association official said, “We hope that through this radio simulation training, radio industry workers will be able to acquire design and analysis capabilities that can be immediately applied in the field, contribute to reducing R&D costs and enhancing corporate competitiveness through optimal design using simulation, and cultivate the ability to solve various problems that may arise in the field through practical training.”
