Allganize to supply generative AI service based on 'Ali Platform' to Tokyo Metro

Allganize announced on the 11th that it will be providing AI services for customers and employees of Tokyo Metro in Japan using its generative AI platform, Alli.

Allganize will enhance Tokyo Metro’s customer chatbot function and provide work automation applications that can improve work efficiency for customer center staff. Through this, the company plans to minimize response delays that may occur when handling an average of 250,000 phone calls and 100,000 emails per year at Tokyo Metro’s customer center and improve work productivity.

The newly introduced chatbot goes beyond the existing answers to frequently asked questions, and AI automatically generates answers by searching for information based on Tokyo Metro’s official website and internal data. Allganize’s unique RAG technology can even understand documents containing tables or handwriting, providing optimized answers. The chatbot also automatically translates into eight languages, including Japanese, English, and Korean.

Lost and found items are also handled through chatbots. Previously, inquiries about lost items were only handled via email, but now customers can fill out the information all at once according to the chatbot’s instructions and attach the item information and photos, reducing the inconvenience for customers.

In addition, Allganize improves the work efficiency of Tokyo Metro customer center staff through the 'Ali App Market'. The Ali App Market provides LLM work automation applications that support automatic response generation, customer response email writing, document summary, report writing, etc., and can also be linked with in-house systems. Customers can select and use models such as OpenAI's ChatGPT, Google's Gemini, and Anthropic's Claude according to their work purposes.

The Ali platform provides functions such as ‘Ali App Builder’ that allows for the creation of various business automation apps based on LLM without coding, ‘RAG’ that allows for linking with large-scale documents within the company, and ‘Alpha LLM Model’ specialized for on-premise demand. It also supports model management functions that allow for the management and optimization of various LLMs according to the needs of each user.

“Based on our experience providing LLM all-in-one solutions to over 390 clients in Korea, Japan, and the U.S. through the Ali platform, Allganize has successfully supplied services to Tokyo Metro in Japan,” said Lee Chang-soo, CEO of Allganize. “We will continue to provide services that satisfy Tokyo Metro’s customers and employees through continuous technological development, and we will take the lead in supplying generative AI to various industries.”
