Selvas AI, an artificial intelligence and voice technology company, announced that it has officially registered its voice recording product, ‘Selvy Note 3.0 Server Type’, on the Public Procurement Service’s Digital Service Mall.
With this registration, Selvas AI can now offer both on-device (PC-built) and on-premise (server) versions of the ‘Selvy Note’. Accordingly, public institutions can now choose the optimal method according to their own environment and security requirements.
'Selvi Note' is an AI voice recording solution that automatically records conversations. The 3.0 server version can be installed on an organization's internal network to provide functions such as ▲prevention of important data leaks ▲simultaneous access by multiple users ▲centralized management of user accounts and data monitoring, greatly improving security and operational efficiency.
This solution is being widely introduced, especially in public institutions where record efficiency is required, and Selvas AI stated that “Selvy Note shows high utilization in work where authenticity verification is important or record-oriented work where securing evidence is essential.” Currently, Selvy Note is being used in various public institutions, including the National Police Agency and approximately 250 provincial police stations across the country, the Ministry of Justice’s next-generation criminal justice information system (KICS), the Korean Intellectual Property Office’s special judicial police officers, and local government child abuse field investigations.
Selvas AI is also developing new products, and plans to add a function that automatically summarizes speech recognition content into a customized format using its self-developed lightweight large-scale language model (sLLM) and a 'Correction' function that automatically reflects corrected words.
Jae-seon Yoon, head of Selvas AI voice recognition division, said, “Selvy Note is a product that goes beyond a simple record automation solution to ensure accuracy and transparency and supports rapid response in disaster and crisis situations.” He added, “We expect that new opportunities will be created in public institutions that perform similar investigation and investigative work, such as the Fair Trade Commission, National Tax Service, and Financial Supervisory Service.”
