Timetree acquires 'Neti'

TimeTree announced on the 11th that it will begin the digital transformation of campus life by acquiring the college event calendar app 'NETY'. Through this acquisition, TimeTree plans to strengthen its customized schedule management function for college students and accelerate its evolution into a platform that enables information exchange and networking by providing a personalized user experience.

'NETY' is a platform specialized in college life, providing campus-related information such as academic calendars, club activities, and university-specific festivals and events. In particular, it provides an integrated academic calendar for major universities across the country and has gained great recognition among the MZ generation through a customized event recommendation system for each university.

Timetree expects various synergy effects by integrating Netty's core functions into its event reception and transmission platform, 'Public Calendar'. Through this, it plans to expand content specialized for college students, such as adjusting academic schedules for each university, expanding community functions, sharing exclusive schedules for clubs and student councils, external activities, contests, and employment information. In addition, it plans to improve services by introducing an AI-based event recommendation system.

We plan to further improve user accessibility and convenience through a mobile-optimized UI/UX reorganization and improved group schedule management functions. Netty services will be integrated into the Timetree platform, ensuring service continuity so that existing users can use the service without inconvenience, and additional benefits will also be provided.
