BDC Accelerator Co., Ltd. (CEO Heo Eun-kyung) announced that it is recruiting promising startups to participate in the '2025 BDC X STARTUP OPEN INNOVATION PROGRAM' for the discovery and growth of technological innovation startups until July 20th.
This program is an investment-linked open innovation program that helps early-stage technology-based startups achieve substantial growth based on the incubation space established at the Sogang-Pangyo Digital Innovation Campus (Withen Tower) in Pangyo 2nd Techno Valley.
The recruitment target is technology-based startups established within the past 7 years. Anyone who is an innovative startup in a field that will lead the transformation of the industrial structure, such as semiconductors, AI, robotics, fintech, mobility, proptech, and content, can apply.
A total of 10 companies will be selected through this program, and the selected companies will receive various support such as provision of space for one year, mentoring from experts in each field, open innovation partner meetups, IR consulting, and participation in Demo Day.
In particular, for excellent startups, we will support direct investment review by BDC Accelerator and TIPS linkage, and even after the program, we will provide opportunities for continued review of follow-up investments through BDC Partners, alumni networking, and support for global expansion, in order to seek practical support for growth.
A representative of BDC Accelerator stated, “This program is not simply education-centered, but a practical growth program that goes from collaboration based on demand technology to investment.” He added, “We expect this to be a practical cooperation model that will allow for early discovery of the technology and potential of start-ups and create a foundation for growth among the private sector, academia, and finance.”
