H-Wave Hosts Employer Branding Summit Korea 2025

The 'Employer Branding Summit Korea 2025' hosted by recruitment marketing and branding company 'HWAVE' will be held on February 12th at the Amore Hall in GS Tower, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

This event, which is held under the theme of 'Employer Branding that covers the entire journey of talent beyond recruitment', will deeply discuss the talent acquisition and retention strategies of companies in response to the changes in the global recruitment environment. In particular, at a time when corporate culture and long-term vision for talent development have become important, the event will focus on discussing ways to present the corporate values and growth potential that excellent talents want.

The summit will be divided into two core sessions, redefining the new role and value of recruitment branding through global trends and success stories.

The first session, 'Next Generation Employer Branding', will begin with a keynote speech by HWAVE CEO Bok Seong-hyeon. He will present the role and direction of employers in the rapidly changing employment environment under the theme of 'Redefinition of Employer Value'. Next, he will present the case of Rakuten's corporate culture and the case of collaboration between Japan's Nichii Gakukan and Paradox, and shed light on the current status of employment branding in Japan and successful strategies.

HWAVE Director Kim Seong-hyeon will share a practical guide to AI-based recruitment analytics and practical insights based on it, and Coupang's Timothy Skepsis will conclude the session with a presentation on the topic of 'Establishing a New Role for Recruitment Branding.'

The second session, 'Employer Branding Method', presents a practical and specific methodology. Great Place to Work Korea CEO Ji-Myeong Geun and Gowoon World Cosmetics CEO Joo-Ho Lee will hold a discussion to share the key elements and cases of companies that are good to work for.

Next, the successful video format strategy of the company and the method of overcoming the intangible culture through organizational culture 3.0 will be discussed. Lastly, Gropl CEO Baek Jong-hwa will discuss the importance and effectiveness of the offboarding process in the era of retirement, and present a strategy to strengthen the brand image by maintaining a positive relationship with those who leave the company.

Through this summit, participants are expected to gain insights that can be immediately applied to practice, such as ▲the latest hiring trends and global success stories ▲data-based hiring strategies using AI technology ▲measures for building a differentiated corporate culture.

HWAVE CEO Bok-Hyeon Bok said, “This summit is very meaningful at a time when the paradigm of the recruitment market is changing from ‘companies selecting talent’ to ‘talent selecting companies. ’” He added, “Companies will be able to share practical insights that will help them discover their own differentiated employment value and effectively communicate it.”

Meanwhile, this event provides an opportunity to build sustainable partnerships through networking with experts in the HR, marketing, and management fields, and applications for participation can be made through Eventus and the official website.
