Wonkang Corporation announced that it has opened its first repair and parts center in Chennai, India, and signed a distribution agreement with Indian company DCS Techno.
The opening of this repair and parts center is part of Wonkang’s global market expansion strategy, and aims to start a full-scale business in the Indian market. Even after the preliminary opening, the repair and parts center is receiving service requests from many construction companies, and is providing technical support and customized services tailored to the diverse needs of local customers.
Technology guidance is directly managed by CEO Lee Young-jong of Eugene Erection Development Industry, a partner company, and trust is being built with customers through practical technical support and continuous communication based on the field. CEO Kang Tae-young said, “The Indian market is a strategically important market for Wonkang,” and “We expect to be able to provide customers with prompt and professional services through cooperation with local partners.” He also emphasized, “We will strengthen competitiveness in the Indian market and realize Wonkang’s global vision.”
