AI·Linked SW transcendence company Metabuild (CEO Cho Poong-yeon) announced on the 6th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Yeonwoo Technology (CEO Kim Ji-hyun) for cooperation in the 'GIS 3D Map Platform' smart city business at Metabuild headquarters in Seocho-dong. METABUILD is a leading technology innovation company that supplies commercial SW such as linked middleware, big data·AI platform, and transportation·smart city platform for the public and private sectors, and conducts SM, SI business.
This MOU was signed to build a smart construction service platform that provides services such as supply chain management and site management by utilizing METABUILD's spatial intelligence (Spatial Computing) technology, such as its ultra-large AI model, digital twin-based traffic management (IDS·VDS), and smart construction (SMART CONS), and Yeonwoo Technology's domain expertise and business network. Through this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly pioneer the smart construction industry platform market using GIS and BIM technologies, and continue to develop services that can be utilized in various industries such as manufacturing and logistics as well as construction through joint research and development (R&D).
METABUILD CEO Cho Poong-yeon said, “We will pursue the development of smart construction services and market expansion through strategic cooperation with METABUILD’s AI-based smart construction digital platform (SMART CON) and Yeonwoo Technology, a leading construction BIM company.”
Metabuild recently expanded and upgraded its own large-scale AI foundation model 'LLaMON' to include sLLM, augmented search (RAG), automatic code generation (Code GEN), and autonomous AI (Agent), and has been receiving favorable reviews for successfully applying the products to various businesses such as digital collection, National Health Insurance Service, and AI civil complaint consultation service.
