The Story Foundation, a non-profit foundation for the advancement of IP blockchain, announced on the 7th that it has appointed Andrea Muttoni, who was in charge of the Story developer ecosystem at PIP Labs, as its new CEO.
The Story Foundation was established with the goal of creating a transparent ecosystem environment for the Story blockchain, as well as further innovating a decentralized IP management system. Story is a blockchain platform that tokenizes various IP asset classes worth 61.9 trillion dollars in the form of intellectual property (IP). It converts IP into programmable digital assets, allowing IP holders to protect, share, and monetize their own unique ideas. Just as Bitcoin digitized gold, the key asset of the real economy, Story digitizes IP, the world's most important asset and the key asset of the AI economy.
Chairman Mutoni has played a pivotal role in the ecosystem growth and product development of the Story platform at PIP Labs, a story developer. Most recently, he was recognized for leading AI and blockchain technology innovation by leading the Agent TCP/IP project, a new protocol for agent-to-agent transactions in the Web3 environment. As the Chairman of the Story Foundation, he will be responsible for the overall operation of the foundation, including establishing decentralized governance, fundraising for ecosystem operation, and IP tokenization partnerships.
Chairman Mutoni has over 10 years of experience at the forefront of the global new technology market, including fostering developer communities, providing technical education, and building development platforms. As a senior technology evangelist for key projects within the group at Amazon, including Kindle and Alexa, he contributed to the expansion of the developer ecosystem in the conversational AI field in major European countries such as Germany, the UK, and Italy. In addition, at Dapper Labs, a US NFT game developer, he served as the head of developer support for major projects such as the Flow blockchain, and actively supported the spread and growth of Web3 technology by leading the expansion of platforms and communities for developers.
