Modusign Co., Ltd. announced on the 6th that it will supply ‘Modusign Public’, an electronic signature service for public institutions, to the Korea Organ Donation Agency.
The Korea Organ Donation Agency has converted to digital formats using Modusign Public for various documents required for contracts, such as personal information consent forms and veterinary contract-related confirmation forms. After reviewing the introduction of electronic signatures to reduce costs and time incurred from traditional paper contract methods, Modusign was chosen as it has the largest number of clients in Korea and offers excellent security and service convenience.
With the introduction of this electronic signature, the Korea Organ Donation Agency has streamlined unnecessary procedures such as printing, scanning, and sending registered mail for paper contracts. Electronic document management has been systematically implemented by using contract signing via email, KakaoTalk, and dedicated links (URLs) and electronic signature functions customized for public institutions. This has greatly improved work efficiency.
'Modusign Public' digitizes the main documents of public institutions to simplify the signing process and efficiently improve the electronic document management system. It provides various functions optimized for public institutions, such as automatic document sending, real-time monitoring of the signing progress, file attachment, and institution system linkage functions, enabling rapid signature collection and systematic document management.
An official from the Korea Organ Donation Agency said, “We were considering introducing an electronic signature solution due to the high cost of administrative work, and we chose Modusign, which supports the rapid digital transformation of public institutions.”
Lee Young-jun, CEO of Modusign, said, “This public supply of Modusign is a great opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of the Korea Organ Donation Agency,” and added, “We will continue to do our best to provide customized electronic signature solutions that meet the needs of public institutions.”
