MJ Flex Co., Ltd. was selected as a 'Performance Sharing Company' by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups on February 4, 2025. A 'Performance Sharing Company' refers to a small and medium-sized enterprise that has introduced or agreed to introduce a system in which business owners and employees share management performance.
MJ Flex Co., Ltd. operates various systems to recognize and reward the performance of its employees. It increases employee motivation and work efficiency by providing incentives based on team performance, long-term service bonuses, and vacations, and supports employees’ work-life balance by implementing a 4.7-day workweek and recommending the use of annual leave once a month. In addition, it is contributing to improving employee welfare by strengthening welfare systems such as condolence money, condolence leave, and holiday gifts.
In particular, an overseas workshop for excellent employees was held in Da Nang and Hoi An, Vietnam from October 30 to November 3, 2024 to encourage employees’ achievements and share the company’s vision. These efforts are evaluated as contributing to employee satisfaction and improving the company’s competitiveness.
