Coffee Chat, which operates 'BoltX', announced on the 6th that it has completed the second event of 'BoltX GLC Fashion Beauty Club', a networking event for the fashion and beauty industries. This event was held to support the continuous development of the fashion and beauty industries, which are growing as important axes of the Korean economy even in the midst of an economic downturn.
BoltX operates the 'Global Leadership Community (GLC)', where leaders of companies in charge of global business participate. BoltX, which held its first event last December, doubled the scale of participation in this event, bringing together representatives from various companies such as Goodai Global, CJ Olive Young, APR, The Founders, and Musinsa.
The second event greatly increased the opportunities for communication between participants, and helped to form a wide network through free self-introduction time and open chat rooms. In addition, it provided an opportunity to continue the conversation after the event, and provided a time to understand industry trends by setting up a brand product raffle corner.
Attendees responded positively to the event, with Shinsegae International Beauty E-commerce MD Kim Seo-jin saying, “It was a great opportunity to share insights with various K-beauty brand officials and expand our network.” Team leader Kang Hyun-ah of Musinsa also said, “I had a fruitful time having in-depth conversations with various people in the beauty and fashion industry,” and expressed her hope that such gatherings will expand in the future.
Park Sang-woo, CEO of Coffee Chat, said, “The beauty and fashion industries are industries that have grown even in difficult situations. Through this GLC event, we will continue to support key talents leading the growth of K-beauty and K-fashion to interact and build networks.”
