Korea Asset Purchase announced that it will open the Gangnam AI Lab in the Gangnam office building of Korea Real Estate Agency and begin full-scale nationwide expansion of real estate services. This move is evaluated as a strategic move to provide customers with reliable services, with the goal of improving subscription homes and building quality real estate data through cooperation with Korea Real Estate Agency.
Korea Asset Purchase has been building innovative real estate services centered around its Yeouido headquarters and Busan R&D Center, and Busan has been strengthening its role in public rental housing business and real estate finance through collaboration with major public institutions. The establishment of this Gangnam AI Lab was achieved based on the achievement of winning the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements Director’s Award at the Real Estate New Industry Competition hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and is expected to play an important role in increasing accessibility to customers in the metropolitan area and strengthening cooperation with various real estate finance partners.
Korea Asset Purchase has grown rapidly since successfully launching the hedged service in 2023, and based on this, it has continued to win awards at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Competition and the Financial Services Commission Fintech Competition in 2024. The opening of the Gangnam AI Lab is expected to be a significant turning point in improving the quality of real estate data and strengthening customer trust based on these achievements.
