
Comprehensive beauty company VT Cosmetics (hereinafter referred to as VT) announced on the 5th that it won the Cosmetics category award at the Amazon.co.jp Marketplace Awards 2024.
The Amazon.co.jp Marketplace Awards are an annual award given by Amazon Japan, Japan’s largest e-commerce platform, to the best seller in each category. The cosmetics category in particular is a fiercely competitive field with global beauty brands, and this award is significant in that it once again officially recognizes VT’s product power and brand value in the Japanese market.
A VT official said, “This award in Japan, one of the world’s top three cosmetics markets, has once again served as an opportunity to prove our global competitiveness,” and expressed their aspiration to work harder to convey our brand value of “There is no such thing as a cosmetic that suits everyone, but we pursue a principle that can be applied to everyone” to consumers around the world.
Meanwhile, VT plans to use this award as an opportunity to further strengthen its position in the Japanese market and accelerate its entry into the global market. In particular, it has announced plans to fully grow in the global beauty market beyond Asia based on the high product satisfaction of Japanese consumers.
