Monthly Kitchen (hereinafter referred to as Monkey) has entered into a strategic partnership with Entas Group. This agreement is a ‘table order supply strategic agreement’, and is expected to further accelerate the digital innovation of the high-end restaurant industry by cooperating with Entas Group, which owns high-end restaurant brands such as Gyeongbokgung, Sapporo, Goguryeo, and Paljinhyang.
This collaboration is expected to further enhance the service quality of premium dining. Monkey’s wireless all-in-one table order solution is expected to improve customer experience and increase satisfaction by harmonizing with the high-quality service of Entas Group restaurants. In particular, the sophisticated design and intuitive interface are expected to simplify the ordering and payment process.
Monkey's table order solution features an all-in-one design. The design, which integrates the tablet, card reader, battery, cable, and stand, blends naturally with the classy interior of a high-end restaurant without a complex installation process. It is evaluated as a solution that can meet the demanding needs of high-end restaurants that value design and service quality.
The high-end restaurant industry has been hesitant to introduce table ordering, despite its practicality, due to its mechanical customer experience and appearance that could hinder the luxurious atmosphere of the store. Restaurant experts stated, “The existing table ordering system did not meet the needs of premium restaurants where human touch and high-quality service are important,” and explained, “The assembly hardware was not in harmony with the atmosphere of the store, which was an obstacle to its introduction.”
Kim Hyuk-gyun, CEO of Monkey, emphasized that “the next-generation table order should not simply be an ordering machine, but should be part of a dignified customer service.” He continued, “Customers consume not only food but also the atmosphere and emotional experience,” and explained that “Table order, which is the result of the expertise of the Monkey development team comprised of people from iRiver, is the perfect solution that the high-end restaurant industry has been hoping for.”
Monkey's table order technology was completed after five years of research, two years of intensive development, and 20,000 precision tunings, and is based on the world's first patented wireless all-in-one table order technology.
An official from Entas Group expressed his expectations, saying, “Monkey Table Order will present a new standard for the high-end restaurant industry and open a new chapter in premium service.”
