MegaZone Cloud (CEO Donghoon Yeom), a leading AI and cloud company, has acquired the 'AWS Generative AI Competency' from Amazon Web Services (AWS) .
'AWS Generative AI Competency' is an AWS specialized capability that helps customers adopt generative AI solutions more easily. AWS Generative AI Competency Partners provide a wide range of services, tools, and infrastructure along with customized solutions in areas such as security, applications, and integration, giving customers a variety of choices across models and technologies.
Representative generative AI technologies of AWS include Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker Jumpstart, Amazon CodeWhisperer, AWS Trainium, and AWS Inferentia.
MegaZone Cloud has been providing customized services to help customers create business value by utilizing generative AI through its own service GenAI360, which provides everything from consulting to construction and operation for companies that want to introduce generative AI.
Last October, based on our experience with generative AI projects, we launched ‘GenAI360 v2’, which is an enhanced version of the existing GenAI360 service, to enable companies to more easily and efficiently introduce and operate generative AI. The new version includes the ‘GenAI360 platform’, a generative AI platform for companies.
The 'GenAI360 platform' is an all-in-one platform for building generative AI required by enterprises, and is designed so that users and administrators can utilize generative AI according to their work needs in an integrated user environment. Through the GenAI360 platform, users can use generative AI tailored to their enterprises, and operational managers can set up and optimize generative AI services without programming knowledge.
Last year, MegaZone Cloud successfully completed a number of AI projects, including Hansol Paper Hana Tour AI chatbot system, hy (formerly Korea Yakult) customer mall search system, and Hansol Paper sales log system advancement project, by applying GenAI360.
Prior to this, MegaZone Cloud was selected as the only domestic participant in the 'Generative AI Partner Innovation Alliance' in November of last year. The 'Generative AI Partner Innovation Alliance' participants are 11 companies out of AWS's 130,000 partners in 200 countries, and two companies including MegaZone Cloud were selected from Asia.

In addition to Korea, they also operate local corporations in eight countries overseas, including the US, Japan, Canada, Australia, Shanghai/Beijing, China, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
