Ministry of SMEs and Startups, Recruiting Participants for ‘Corporate Human Resources Center Utilization Employment Support Project’

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Oh Young-joo, hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of SMEs and Startups) and the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (Chairman Kang Seok-jin, hereinafter referred to as the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency) announced on the 3rd that they are recruiting companies and job seekers to participate in the 'Corporate Human Resources Center Utilization Employment Support Project' to resolve the manpower shortage in SMEs and support employment for job seekers.

The employment support project utilizing the Corporate Human Resources Center consists of a 1:1 recruitment and employment support service through the job matching platform and matching support center of the Small and Medium Business Administration and a support project for mutually beneficial jobs for large and small businesses.

The 1:1 recruitment and employment support service aims to help resolve the labor shortage in small and medium-sized enterprises by connecting them with job seekers who are having difficulty finding employment on a 1:1 basis, and to provide job opportunities to job seekers.

For small and medium-sized businesses, it provides services such as job posting writing, AI-based customized talent recommendation, 1:1 job consulting, and policy linkage services, while for job seekers, it provides employment support such as resume and self-introduction writing support, AI mock interviews, and job aptitude tests.

Small and medium-sized businesses and job seekers who wish to participate can contact the Corporate Human Resources Center Matching Support Center (1899-3001).

The Small and Medium Business Mutual Growth Job Support Project utilizes the educational infrastructure and field experts owned by large and medium-sized companies to provide customized job training to young job seekers, and then supports them in finding employment at cooperating small and medium-sized companies.

This year, the scale of the project has been expanded to train 950 young job seekers from more than 10 large (medium-sized) business units, and the goal is to support employment for 600 people. Young job seekers (under 35 years old) who wish to participate can check the participating business units, recruitment scale for each business unit, and job training schedule on the job matching platform (job.kosmes.or.kr).

In addition, large and medium-sized business divisions are also recruiting. Divisions that are interested in participating can contact the Korea Economic Association Small and Medium Business Cooperation Center (02-2055-4257, 4256).
