Yulchon Law Firm announced that it donated 20 million won to the Milal Welfare Foundation through Giving Plus to support low-income crisis families. The donation ceremony was held at Yulchon Law Firm’s office located in Parnas Tower in Gangnam, and was attended by Managing Attorney Kang Seok-hoon, Onyul Chairman Lee In-yong, and Yulchon Administrative Attorney Jang Young-gi.
This donation was collected through the “Santa Claus has appeared again at Yulchon!” campaign conducted by Yulchon Law Firm in December of last year, and is the result of Yulchon employees’ voluntary participation in raising support. The donation will be used to improve the living environment of disabled children and provide emergency living expenses through the Milal Welfare Foundation.
Yulchon Law Firm’s Managing Attorney Kang Seok-hoon said, “It is meaningful that the warm hearts of Yulchon employees have come together to deliver hope to our neighbors in need,” and added, “We will continue to grow together with the local community and fulfill our social responsibility together with Giving Plus.”
Namgung Gyu, the director of the Milal Welfare Foundation, said, “I would like to thank the staff at Yulchon Law Firm who collected donations to support families with children with disabilities,” and added, “Yulchon and Giving Plus will continue to work together to carry out many ESG social contribution activities in the future.”
