The International Digital Asset Committee (Chairman Won Eun-seok, Professor at Mokwon University) announced that it held its first future forum at the Rani Design building.
The Future Forum is an event hosted and organized by the International Digital Assets Committee (IDAC). Under the slogan of “Expanding the Horizon of Possibilities with Digital Assets,” it aims to provide a forum for public discussion that can expand business areas and create synergy based on various types of digital assets (blockchain, NFT, AI, virtual assets, data, fintech, SNS, cultural content, games, webtoons, cultural content, educational content, etc.) that exist in various fields of society.
This forum was held with the theme of 'reconstruction interior' and 'NPL (Non-Performing Loan)' with real estate as the theme, keeping in mind STO (Security Token Offering) and RWA (Real World Asset), which are expected to expand services through the institutionalization of digital assets in the future.
Mr. Park Sang-hee, CEO of Ranidesign, presented the value and vision of reconstruction remodeling and interior design based on his experience in various projects over the past 10 years, and Mr. Ahn Young-hyo, CEO of BarunNPL, presented a presentation titled 'NPL: Assets that Shine in a Recession', starting with a summary of key terms necessary for understanding NPL, the structure of NPL, good NPL judgment methods, and various techniques for actually generating profits with NPL. In the discussion that followed, they exchanged opinions on the possibility of linking 'reconstruction remodeling' and 'NPL' platform services and the possibility of commercializing piece investment.
Park Sang-hee, CEO of Rani Design, said, “Digital assets are still an unfamiliar concept in the real estate sector, but as digital asset services expand in earnest in the future, real estate could become a sector where many new products can be discovered, so we need to continuously seek out points of contact.”
BarunNPL CEO Younghyo Ahn said, “Currently, most real estate-based platform services are effective when the market is booming, but I think it is also very important to discover digital asset services for market situations where the real estate market is not doing well.”
Won Seok, IDAC CEO, said, “In order for digital asset services to spread, it is necessary to expand contact with various fields of society. To this end, it is important for experts with experience and know-how in various fields to actively try to apply digital asset services to existing businesses. We expect that through regular meetings, we will be able to continuously provide new attempts and various opportunities to participants.”
