Jeju Center, '2025 3rd Honam Angel Leaders Forum in Jeju' held

Jeju Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Lee Byeong-seon) announced on the 1st that it will hold the '2025 3rd Honam Angel Leaders Forum in Jeju' at Jeju Gravel Hotel on July 3rd together with the Korea Angel Investment Association Honam Angel Investment Hub (Center Director Kim Jeong-gon).

This forum is co-hosted and organized by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, Korea Angel Investment Association Honam Region Angel Investment Hub, Jeju Center for Creative Economy and Innovation, Jeju International Free City Development Center, and Jeju Tourism Organization, and aims to revitalize the local startup ecosystem and expand the private-sector-centered investment base.

The 'Honam Angel Leaders Forum' is a representative angel investment networking event in the Honam region held annually since 2021. It provides a practical meeting place for investors and entrepreneurs, shares the latest entrepreneurship and investment trends, and contributes to the expansion of the private investment ecosystem.

This 3rd forum, which is being held for the first time in Jeju this year, will feature IR presentations by 4 promising startup teams located in Jeju and 1:1 investment consultation sessions (Angel Investment Talk Talk Program) for 8 companies to seek practical investment attraction.

In addition, Vice Chairman Yoo Dong-jun of the Korea Angel Investment Association will attend to encourage participating companies and give a special lecture on ‘Introduction of the 2025 Honam Angel Investment Hub Key Programs’ and ‘Current Status and Introduction of Regional Linked Fund Investment’ by Ensle Partners.

Meanwhile, the Honam Angel Investment Hub will continue to provide practical opportunities for connection between entrepreneurs and angel investors through various events such as angel investment education programs, IR camps, Angel Leaders Forums, and Angel Investment Summits by traveling to Gwangju, Jeonnam, Jeonbuk, and Jeju in the second half of this year.
