Techtree Innovation and Remoshot Co., Ltd. (CEO Sang-Hoon Jeong) announced on the 23rd that they signed a business agreement (MOU) to cooperate for research, education, investigation, and utilization of 3D-based digital twin environments. This agreement was prepared to maximize the infinite potential of digital twin technology by utilizing the spatial digital twin resources that Techtree Innovation is building for research, education, and practical utilization.

Through this agreement, the two companies will cooperate in digital twin research and information exchange, digital content development and marketing cooperation based on ICT technology, and comprehensive research, education, investigation, and utilization projects related to 3D digital twins. They also agreed to join forces to build an integrated online and offline marketing system.

Techtree Innovation is a company that has strengths in building a high-precision, high-resolution spatial digital twin platform that digitally implements various real-world objects such as buildings and structures, steps, roads, and vegetation, and is building an advanced digital environment that integrates various solutions and functions into the platform. Meanwhile, Remoshot Co., Ltd., which signed an agreement, is a leading company that specializes in producing 3D digital content using Unity and Unreal Engine, and has also achieved excellent results in producing XR, VR, and AR content through collaboration with the National Medical Center, National Fire Agency, and National Police Agency.

Jeong Sang-hoon, CEO of Remoshot, said, “The two companies will pursue various collaborative projects based on digital twin technology, which is leading digital innovation in the public and private sectors,” and added, “We expect to be able to meet the rapidly changing needs of customers by leveraging the strengths of both companies.”

Choi Seung-yeop, CEO of Techtree Innovation, said, “We expect to maximize the value of utilizing the 3D-based digital twin environment through our collaboration with Remoshot,” and expressed his ambition, “Through this agreement, we will contribute not only to the advancement of digital twin technology but also to the creation of new business models.”

Meanwhile, Techtree Innovation officially launched AROUND, a high-precision, high-resolution spatial digital twin platform, last year, and is continuously expanding and growing its demand, focusing on domestic and international defense and government agencies. Unlike existing digital twin platforms, AROUND is characterized by its relatively low maintenance costs and its platform structure rather than a single solution structure, allowing for the expansion of various solutions and services using a single spatial digital twin.
