See You Box has set a goal of ▲30% or more of software sales and ▲15% or more of overseas sales by 2025, and plans to focus on product and technology development to achieve this goal. In particular, it plans to pursue a strategy of strengthening market competitiveness and maximizing the efficiency of the development department through product brand consolidation, and also improve the efficiency of sales methods by strengthening domestic and international partnership businesses.
In addition, the advancement of SEEU ON, a video security solution that is a key strategic product, has been placed as a key task, and the company plans to further strengthen its position in the market by visualizing the performance of SEEU ON in private companies and public offices by 2025.
SeeUBox has shown its strength in the large-scale hardware-centered system business for security facilities such as airports. However, starting in 2024, it has established a strategy to focus on product development with the goal of expanding sales of high-profit solutions, and has focused on expanding its main customer base from the existing public sector to the private sector and establishing an organizational system that fits the strategy. Based on the performance in 2024, the company plans to expand and stabilize its business this year.
