Daeryun Law Firm announced on the 24th that it was selected as the '2024 Best Jobs Company' by the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund (KCGF) .
Since 2015, Shinbo has been discovering 'good job companies' that have been working hard to create quality jobs and expand in-house welfare systems, and among these, it has separately selected companies with the greatest future growth potential and designated them as 'best job companies.'
In the process of selecting the best companies for jobs, the main evaluation factors considered were ▲job creation effectiveness ▲welfare systems such as employee benefits ▲employment stability ▲social contribution activities and ethical management practices.
Daeryun was honored with the selection as the best company for employment in 2024. Shinbo plans to provide various benefits, such as a 0.5%p discount on the guarantee fee rate, limit transaction guarantee, and customized consulting for companies, to around 20 companies that were named as the best company for employment along with Daeryun for the next three years.
Kim Guk-il, CEO of Daeryun Law Firm, said, “Last year, under the management policy of being a ‘family-friendly law firm,’ we worked hard to improve employee welfare by operating various maternal protection systems, such as working from home during childcare,” adding, “It is meaningful that these efforts have led to good results.”
He added, “We will further expand and develop the current welfare system and help members develop their abilities to the fullest within Daeryun.”
Meanwhile, Daeryun attracted attention from the law firm industry at the end of last year when it began hiring women who had taken a break from their careers and middle-aged people.
