
DexterCrema is acquiring MarTech (Marketing Tech) company Opinoma Marketing to enhance its services and expand its business areas.
Dexter Crema (CEO Dongjin Son and Kyungwoon Song), an AI digital marketing company and subsidiary of Dexter Studios, announced that it has signed a merger and acquisition agreement with Opinno Marketing.
Opinno Marketing is a marketing technology company that provides integrated solutions across the entire digital marketing process, including performance marketing, CRM, and growth, based on data such as customer behavior data and media data. It has designed the entire customer experience for many domestic and international companies in the fashion, beauty, F&B, etc. fields, and has partnerships with global companies in the marketing field such as Big Insight, InnoRed, and Content Square. Dexter Crema decided to acquire Opinno Marketing because it highly evaluated its marketing technology infrastructure and data-driven experts.
Dexter Crema plans to increase its dominance in the digital marketing market based on the know-how in operating marketing technologies and performance marketing accumulated by Opinoma Marketing. As data-based consulting capabilities are strengthened, it is expected that the service advancement of Dexter Crema's hyper-personalized AI marketing solution 'Adplorer' and AI influencer marketing solution 'Linkplorer' will also gain momentum.
In addition, the two companies plan to create new opportunities by sharing the networks and sales know-how of Dexter Crema, which focuses on the global market, and Opinno Marketing, which is well-versed in the domestic market, while pursuing a cross-selling strategy by combining the two companies’ marketing solutions and consulting services.
