Wise AI, AI Customer Service Field Innovation Patent Registration

Wise AI announced on the 24th that it has registered a patent for the technology for an 'inbound AI call system that provides web content and video analysis results'.

This patent is a technology that utilizes SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) to automatically analyze call content and provide customers with necessary information in real time in the form of web content such as images or videos. This is a technology that is one step more advanced than the 'inbound AI call system using web content provision' registered by Wise AI in July of last year. In the past, information selected by the user was provided, but in this technology, AI directly analyzes and actively provides information without external intervention.

The company explained that this patented technology can shorten the problem-solving time and greatly improve efficiency by intuitively providing the necessary information during the customer response process. For example, for a customer who reports a product problem, AI analyzes the problem in real time and provides audiovisual materials for resolution and guidance.

Through the application of this technology, WiseAI's AI customer response solution is expected to strengthen its automated processing capabilities, and the company's AI solution adoption is expected to expand across a wider range of industries.
