Bestella Lab Signs Business Agreement with Thailand's 'Jordsabuy'

Bestella Lab Co., Ltd. (CEO Sangsoo Jeong), which supplies the parking navigation system 'Watchmile', announced that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Jordsabuy (CEO Thanaphum Sukanjanasiri), a Thai smart parking specialist, on June 26 to strengthen technological cooperation in the Thai smart parking market.

Founded in 2019, Jordsabuy is a leader in the smart parking market, providing parking lot design and operation, smart parking solutions, and IoT-based unmanned payment systems throughout Thailand. In particular, it is promoting digital transformation and smart mobility innovation by building a wide range of parking control infrastructure in commercial and public facilities in central Bangkok.

Through this agreement, the two companies will combine Bestella Lab’s non-GPS-based indoor positioning technology and AIoT real-time parking space optimization technology with Jordsabuy’s parking lot network and operational capabilities in Thailand to advance the Thai smart parking market. In addition, they plan to jointly carry out a smart parking system construction project in Bangkok’s ‘Summit Tower’ and develop local customized solutions.

Vestella Lab's 'Watchmile' uses indoor positioning technology and LLM (Large-Scale Language Model) to accurately analyze parking space occupancy status using only existing crime prevention CCTV footage, and provides real-time empty parking space guidance and customized route guidance services. It is currently in operation in large public parking lots such as Seoul Station, Cheonho Station, and KINTEX, as well as large-scale residential facilities and knowledge industry centers.

In addition, Vestella Lab is contributing to strengthening autonomous driving safety and protecting pedestrians through its autonomous driving V2I solution, ‘ZeroCruising,’ which supports accurate autonomous vehicle location and movement path even in indoor spaces where GPS signals cannot reach.

Jeong Sang-soo, CEO of Bestella Labs, said, “Through this agreement, we plan to prove our technological competitiveness in Thailand, a stronghold in the ASEAN market, and expand our business throughout Southeast Asia,” and “Based on our collaboration with Jordsabuy, we will also expand the smart mobility ecosystem by linking with various fields such as smart cities and smart buildings.”
