
KR Lab Bio Co., Ltd. and Ephraim International Co., Ltd. announced that they signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a mutually cooperative relationship. This agreement was made to confirm the friendly relationship between the two companies and to promote mutual interests by utilizing each company’s strengths.
The main contents of the agreement are ▲Sharing and promotion of hygiene test kit utilization data: KR Lab Bio will provide Ephraim International with a wooden cutting board hygiene test kit, and Ephraim International will actively share and promote data utilizing this ▲Cooperation in promoting pet business: Ephraim International will support the promotion of KR Lab Bio’s pet-related retail distribution business.
“I believe this agreement is an opportunity to maximize synergy effects by combining the expertise and resources of both companies,” said KRLab Bio CEO Noh Kyu-hyung. “In particular, the collaboration in the hygiene test kit and pet business sectors is expected to provide better value to consumers.”
Ephraim International CEO Song Tae-yang expressed his expectations for the cooperation, saying, “This collaboration with KR Lab Bio will be an opportunity to discover new market opportunities and achieve mutual growth.”
