
Furians (CEO Yoo Beom-jin) was selected for the ‘First Penguin Startup Company,’ a promising startup fostering program of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, and held a ceremony to present the certificate of selection on the 25th.
'First Penguin' is a system in which the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund intensively supports startups with technological prowess and growth potential that can boldly challenge new markets and lead the industry.
It is evaluated that Furians' selection as the 'First Penguin' this time has recognized the company's technological competitiveness and future growth potential, and has laid the foundation for future advancement.
Furians secured a total of 2 billion won in guarantees through the Daegu Startup Branch of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, securing a stable financial foundation for business expansion. With this, it plans to accelerate growth in various areas, such as core technology advancement and introduction of new facilities.
A Furians official said, “Being selected as First Penguin is significant in that it goes beyond simple warranty support and means that Furians’ technological prowess and business strategy have been recognized by both the market and the establishment.” He added, “Based on this opportunity, we will accelerate the commercialization of our core technologies and grow into a company with global competitiveness.”
