AISphera (CEO Kang Byung-tak), a company specializing in attack surface management, announced on the 23rd that it has signed a business partnership with Japanese technology company Wave (CEO Kenichi Fukai, hereinafter Wave) to provide security solutions centered on the company's 'Criminal IP' in Japan.

'AI Spera' is the developer of the CTI search engine 'CriminalIP' and the attack surface management 'CriminalIP ASM', and is a security company that collects and analyzes attack surface-based threat intelligence. Since its global launch, CriminalIP has had users in 150 countries and is forming a stable global network by collaborating with over 40 of the world's leading security and IT companies, including Cisco, Tenable, and VirusTotal.

'Wave' is carrying out a wide range of IT service and technology support businesses such as application and software development, operation support, engineer dispatch, and solution provision in various fields that require IT technology. In addition, as a group company of YRK& Co., Ltd. (CEO Shoichi Nakamoto), a business consulting company, it is a company with the strength to effectively secure sales opportunities and sales channels in various fields by utilizing the solid group network.

The two companies have entered into a mutual partnership to expand the Japanese security market and maximize business synergy. They expect that the combination of AI Spera’s attack surface-based threat intelligence technology and Wave’s technical sales know-how will lead to mutual growth.

In Japan, the acceleration of digital transformation (DX) has led to a surge in demand for corporate attack surfaces and security threat detection and response. Wave will be handling AI Sphera’s ‘Criminal IP’ as its first security solution in line with this market trend, and the two companies will continue to collaborate in various ways to expand sales channels in Japan and strengthen their position in the security market.

Meanwhile, 'Criminal IP' is a search engine-based security solution that scans and analyzes various IT assets such as IP addresses, domains, and certificates collected from the attack surface. Through this, it provides highly analyzed security threat information. It provides highly analyzed threat information in the form of searches, APIs, and datasets through a user-friendly UI, and is securing global sales channels through AWS, Azure, and Snowflake marketplaces.
