Hersteller, Giving Plus 'Green Ribbon Club' 9th Company Selected

Giving Plus announced on the 22nd that it had appointed Hersteller as the 9th company in the 'Green Ribbon Club', a network of excellent partner companies of Giving Plus.

This appointment ceremony was held at the Giving Plus headquarters, and was attended by key officials including Hersteller CEO Kim Bit-na and Giving Plus Headquarters Director Kim In-jong. At the event, the significance of appointing excellent partner companies was emphasized, and donated goods were also delivered.

Hersteller is a sustainable clean beauty brand that takes the environment into consideration and has received vegan certification from the French vegan certification agency, 'EVE VEGAN'. In addition, it contributes to environmental protection by using FSC-certified eco-friendly single boxes and kraft paper for its product packaging.

Hersteller, which has maintained a cooperative relationship with Giving Plus, has participated in the 'Green Ribbon (RE-BORN) Campaign' since January 2024 and donated cosmetics worth approximately 44 million won. As a result, Hersteller was listed as the 9th company in the Green Ribbon Club.

The 'Green Ribbon Campaign' is an eco-friendly campaign that contributes to reducing carbon emissions by reducing discarded items. Items collected from the campaign are sold at Giving Plus stores, and the proceeds are used to create jobs for the underemployed and provide vouchers to low-income families. Outstanding companies that actively participate in the campaign are given the opportunity to join the 'Green Ribbon Club'.

“It is meaningful to be able to practice sharing with Giving Plus,” said Kim Bit-na, CEO of Hersteller. “We will continue to fulfill our social responsibility through continued cooperation.”

Giving Plus CEO Kim In-jong said, “We are grateful to be working with Hersteller, which thinks about the environment and practices social values,” and “We hope that more companies will participate and expand sharing and change.”
