Public Home Shopping has introduced Groovy, an AI personalized marketing solution, with the goal of supporting sales channels for small and medium-sized businesses and farmers and fishermen and providing high-quality products to consumers. Through this, the public shopping platform will strengthen AI product recommendations and customized personalized marketing for customers, and effectively expose products from small and medium-sized businesses and farmers and fishermen to more consumers. In addition, it plans to operate transparent and efficient marketing campaigns that are consistent with the public interest goals of public shopping.
Groovy collects and analyzes customer behavior data using real-time big data processing technology and machine learning/deep learning-based AI. This solution is a SaaS-type solution that provides various functions required for personalized marketing, such as targeting, product recommendations, and performance analysis.
In particular, Groovy was the first in the industry to obtain the Public Sector Cloud Service Security Certification (CSAP) and was designated as an innovative product by the Public Procurement Service. An innovative product is a product whose publicness and innovation are officially recognized, and this designation is evaluated as a case that proves Groovy’s technological prowess and excellence. Through this, Platier was able to provide more stable services to public institutions.
