
DayOne Company announced on the 23rd that it signed a business agreement with Kookmin University to foster digital talent.

In particular, it is evaluated as a ‘school for working people’ with an innovative approach that reflects the needs of the industrial field in real time in the curriculum.
According to this agreement, Day One Company and Kookmin University will actively promote the Ministry of Employment and Labor's 'K-Digital Training' training project. The two sides plan to foster talents with the practical skills that companies actually need for those who wish to find employment or start a business in the digital and advanced industries.
In particular, Day One Company will closely analyze the needs of participating companies to develop customized training courses and focus on nurturing talents who can be immediately deployed to the field through training centered on practical projects. In addition, it plans to strengthen employment-related programs such as providing scholarships and internship opportunities to graduates.
Lee Kang-min, CEO of Day One Company, said, “This agreement will be an important turning point in resolving the mismatch between the education and industry sectors,” and added, “Through cooperation with Kookmin University, we will make every effort to cultivate practical talents that the industry demands.”
