Bookipis Co., Ltd. (Co-CEOs Mi-seon Yoon and Gwan-baek Kim), which operates the educational content distribution platform ' SOLVOOK' , announced on the 3rd that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with EZ Suneung Education Co., Ltd., a specialized college entrance education company, for the provision of educational content and business cooperation.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to promote legal distribution and efficient use of educational content based on their respective assets and capabilities, and establish a cooperative foundation for mutual sustainable growth.
According to the agreement, Bookipiece will provide content and system support using the Solbook platform to instructors affiliated with Easy Suneung Education. The main cooperation contents include ▲provision of paid content ▲support for exclusive purchase and use systems ▲support for instructor recruitment and recruitment ▲supply of content licenses for the production of branded textbooks, etc.
Meanwhile, officials from both companies stated that they plan to actively utilize Solbook content in various online and offline education channels of Easy Suneung Education in the future and also cooperate in promoting the platform.
